What Causes Stomach Discomfort Along With Flatulence And Belching?

Hello, I am constantly having rumbling stomach, pass out air through anus, belch frequently with bad odour, feel weak, loss of memory, etc. I have taken a series of antibiotics like thiobactin, to no avail. I presently suspect internal fungal infection, so what can I take?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Don't try self medication by your own..

With this clinical feature fungal infection can't rule out

Caused in such case can be....
_irritable bowel syndrome
_functional bowel problem
_bacterial overgrowth
_functional indigestion etc..

If needed rifaximine can be prescribed for bacterial overgrowth

Drink more water and eat green leafy vegetables and fruits more

Fiber food beneficial

Avoid sedentary life style

USG abdomen can be done for further work up

If needed doctor will plan endoscopy only if needed

Consult physician or gastroenterologist for examination and discuss all these
