What Causes Stomach Cramps With Abdomen Pain?

A couple of weeks ago I started to have pain in my right side in between my hip bone and ribcage, it has since started to hurt in my right rib and around to my back in the same area as in between the hip and rib. Now when I eat food I can only eat a small portion and only like 2-3 times a day whereas I used to eat like every 2 hours before. I lost 10 lbs unexpectedly right before the eating issues began. Also when I have a bowel movement the pain in my right side starts and is worse then when I am not having one. I still have a bowel movement once or twice a day and they vary from soft but firm to bumpy and constipated, which also before all this started I never got constipated. I also a few times have gotten cramps in my upper stomach on the right side that feels like something inside my stomach is about to explode. The doctor checked my kidneys for stones or other problems and those came up fine. Today I am having shortness of breath constantly all day long. Any ideas on what it could be?
