What Causes Stomach Cramps, Nausea And Irregular Bowel Movements In A Child?
My daughter is 13 for about a weke she has bee experiencing stomachs cramps but not menstrual Was making h.er feel nnausea went to .er they dId scan .found nothing said could be Irritable bowl gave her med not helping that doesn twas since5 days ago she couldn tis having normal bowl mov Ments But is having leakage not urin or discharge

Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have symptoms of stomach cramps, nausea and irregular bowel movements. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like constipation, gastroenteritis , acid reflux , kidney infection , diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome or lactose intolerance. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to eat light and non spicy food. Avoid intake of sharp, spicy and outside food veverages. You should take antacid after every meal and take small and frequent meals. Consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound and endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , laxative , H 2 blockers along with analgesic. Take diet rich in plenty of fluids.
