Hello,

I can understand your concern. It seems like you are suffering from food poisoning and stomach infection and due to that you are having sensations of diarrhea and vomiting.

When there is feeling of nausea, it is usually observed that patient suffers from excessive saliva in mouth due to repeated stimulation of the salivary glands. As your stomach issues will be solved, you will not feel the excessive saliva in the mouth.

I would advise you to start with antibiotics. You can take Norfloxacin 400 mg (Norflox) twice a day for 5 days. If you do not feel better, you should visit a physician or gastroenterologist for clinical examination and further investigations.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
