What Causes Stomach Cramps, Drop In Body Temperature And Shaking?

My girlfriend is on the phone with me know complaining of severe stomach cramps. She took her body temperature and it reads 95.9. She is also shaking. She believes that the stomach aches are due to stress due to school. She has been experiencing them for a few weeks now on and off. What could be the cause of the drop in body temp and shaking??

Get her thyroid function tests done including T3,FT4, TSH and follow up with an Internist. Hypothermia may be a feature of Hypothyroidism. In the mean time, give Cap. Esomeprazole 40mg one before breakfast for 2 weeks.
