What Causes Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea, Weakness, Dizziness And Low BP?

I had a sudden onset of stomach cramps, diarrhea, weakness, dizziness , BP dropped and just sick sick. Has lasted about 10 days showing signs of running its course. I rehydrated with Powerade and saltines. Nothing else other than Pepto and some water. Still having some diarrhea but have been able to ear again (cautiously) without Peptones. BP back to normal all other symptoms gone. Feel good now with only slight diarrhea. Food poisoning or virus ?? I would greatly appreciate your input. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is not the food poising and even may not be viral infection but it could be nonspecific kind of diarrhea and it may be due to dyspepsia and it is nothing to worry it may not need any treatment but hydration need to be taken some care hope this information helps.
