I ate chicken wings from a pizza place 24 hours ago I have severe stomach cramps, green dirahhia, nausea, headache but no throwing up I also drank blue hawain punch which I usually don t drink is there any way it could be food posioning or kidney failure Iam diabetic

This seems like a case of gastroenteritis which is an infection of the intestines usually caused by eating out. The treatment for this is to have bland soft food for a few days and loads of water. If the situation does not improve, you might need a course of antibiotics.
