What Causes Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea And Vomiting After Physical Labor?
Was working outside in my 80 degree weather. Worked about 3 hrs from 3 to 6. Started getting stomach cramps. Laid down in the shade for 15 min. Went inside and had loose stools then started vomitting. Had lunch at 11 and drank plenty of water prior episode. Am now laying in bed with stomach ache. Suggestions?

This is due to high temperature of the environment. Try to be in fresh air get a lot of water continuously and avoid heat outside.
