Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If repeated diarrhea and constipation occurs than functional bowel problem can be a possibility. For now take high fiber diet and medicine like Rabeprazole for stomach pain. Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach. Avoid gastric irritants, such as excess spicy foods, excess tea/coffee, smoking, stress, etc. Stress can lead to functional bowel problem. Take care and avoid high-salt diet as it can lead to elevation of blood pressure. Consult physician for examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Parth Goswami
