What Causes Stomach Cramps And Blood In Watery Stools?
I keep getting really painful stomach cramps and then I need pop straight away or I feel like I'll poo my self. And my poo is really runny like foamy an there was blood in it. Last night I woke up about 3 times in the night need a poo with then worst stomach cramps ever! What is wrong with me?
