What Causes Stomach Cramps And Anal Itching?

for the last few years after eating too much spices or bread or alchohol i get stomach cramps, could this be ibs? also i sometimes get an itchy or painful bum hole after pooing (my poo's are normally very loose) there is sometimes blood spotting on the tissue, bu not in the toilet bowl.
