Hi, Welcome to HCM,
I have carefully gone through your case. This is not a situation that you need to worry. Junk food, dry food, oily food, spicy food, alcohol, smoking all these can cause similar episodes of pain and discomfort, the way you have explained. This is usually caused because of acidity or many times because of ulceration. You need to consult a gastroenterologist to find out if you are suffering from these symptoms over and over again.
Avoiding junk foods, oily, spicy, fried and dry foods, alcohol & smoking(if any), stress etc. will help you to avoid similar situation in future.
Hope this helps.
