Regular bloating & feeling of fullness even when waking up in the morning after 12 hours of not eating. Accelerated weight gain - 5-10lb in a month. Regular exercise, eating clean, counting calories. Lack of libido and no period for 3 months. GI is out of ideas after regular string of tests including colonoscopy/endoscopy. Had full physical half a year ago, everything checked out.
