Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- Post-Cholecystectomy Syndrome. All these symptoms of the post- cholecystectomy direct and excess loading of the bile acids in Duodenum with retrograde spillage of bile acids causing bile gastritis and bile diarrhea. Treatment- This is treatable condition- by Questran - a cholestyramine- which is bile acid sequestrants, which binds excessive loaded bile acids in intestines after gall bladder sac,which is causing gastritis and diarrhea So just contact your operating surgeon and discuss these issues on the lines suggested herein above. Other causes of IBS- such as accompanied undiagnosed ulcerative colitis, Crohn s disease / Tb Enteritis -like ailments etc need to be ruled out with help from your family / and GI-Endoscopist and GI-Surgeon/ and GI-Physician-or Gastro -Enterologist as specialist doctors. This would help you to recover of this problem for the time being.
