What Causes Stomach And Neck Pain After Vomiting?

My 22 year old daughter threw up last Saturday and she ached all over. She had a temp of 101. Her stomach still bothers her. Tonight her neck is hurting. She thinks it is the way she was laying on a pillow. I am concerned about meningitis. Should I be worried? I thought it was the 24 hour flu. Should she see a doctor?
