What Causes Stomach And Anus Discomfort?

Hi doc am anthony on I have been take multiply zenten for the past month.but every time I take the to four dose I stop thinkin am recover....but ofter few days there the warms back.....its so bad that I can feel dem in my anus on hear dem in my belly giving me bad feelings an a lot of gas...I was recommen to take one zentel a day for seven days but seems not workin on am the four day now.....its really not a gud feel plz for ur advice plz

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of taking Zentel daily for something which you have not written the cause for. Now there is discomfort in anus and stomach.
I would advise you the following:
Send stool sample for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood, urine.
Clinical evaluation, preferably by a General Surgeon so that digital per-rectal examination, proctoscopy can be done. Colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen may be needed.
If the is an evidence of an infection, you will need a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole.
Watch out for the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your problems.
