What Causes Stomach And Abdominal Spasms?

I seem to have some kind of stomach or abominal spasms or twitches between my belly button and bottom of rib cage, always in same spot but not really painful but annyoing. Worse at night though when laying down. I am 56 and a male, just had an ultrasound of abodomen and all was good. Any ideal?
