What Causes Stomach Ache, Vomiting And Frequent Bowel Movements?

My daughter has been having pain in her stomach, has more e Giles bowel movements and occasionally throws up. It seems to be okay during the day but gets worse at evening. She has no temperature and no blood in bowels or throw up. I m not sure what it is.

With no temperature and no blood in bowels (and no weight loss I think) a grave health problem is excluded and much more it seems like a functional problem of the digestive system, probably related with stress. Anywhere if this keep going like this an upper (first) digestive endoscopy is recommended then we can rediscuss for a lower one.
