What Causes Stomach Ache Radiating To Chest, Bloating And Irregular Bowel Movements?

I all of a sudden had a stomach ache that felt dull but burning at the same time, and the pain is going up towards my chest and all over my stomach. I have had severe bloating and have a hernia as well. I have not been going to the bathroom right for weeks, what is going on with me. I don t have any money until tomorrow morning when I get paid, I would like to know what you think so I will be alive tomorrow to pay you! Seriously im hurting! Help me

I can understand the problems you must be going through.
Noted your history of sudden stomach ache, dull but burning, going upwards to the chest and all over abdomen, severe bloating, have hernia also; there is a problem of bathroom/ passing motion, wants to know what is going now as the pain is severe at the moment and have no money till tomorrow morning.
The most probable causes are as per the history you have provided:
This looks to be a case of gastroenteritis, a sub-clinical form of intestinal infection with hyper-acidity or GERD.
You will have to get the hernia obstruction ruled out:
I would advise you the following:
Take PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacids
Antispasmodic to relieve the pain till tomorrow morning so that your can get properly investigated, clinically evaluated and to get a proper diagnosis and proper treatment.
