What Causes Stomach Ache Followed By Vomiting In A Child?
my son is ten years old and once every couple months his stomach will hurt until he throws up then hes fine the rest of the time , this has been going on for the last few years. can he just have a weak stomach or is it something more serious. he also got sick a couple days ago and he threw up the first day and has had diarria for the last couple days, hes fine all day until night time and the morning hid stomach keeps hurting him is this just a stomach bug

Repeated attack of stomach pain and vomiting should be evaluated to search for cause
During pain pantoprazole like acid reducing tablet can be given
Here H.pylori like chronic gastritis ruled out by urea breath test
Parasitic infection like hookworm and round worm evaluated through stool examination and if positive treated with albendazole
If needed USG abdomen or endoscopy like investigation needed to do further work up
Take care
Consult pediatrician for examination
