What Causes Stomach Ache, Diarrhea And Bloating?

For the past week and a half I ve been experiencing varying degrees of stomach distress. My main symptoms are stomach ache, diarrhea, bloating and gas. I took some Imodium yesterday and my stools have improved but they are still not normal. I had thought it was just a bug but it has lasted longer than I expected.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be intestine infection and it has to be managed accordingly the medicine that you took mainly used to check the diarrhea and it is not use for infection.
Here in your case it can be protozoa infection and it can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, try to change the diet too, avoid taking high density calorie contained diet, oily food, spicy food, drink more water, have more vegetable diet.
hope this information helps.
