General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems you are having some complications of renal failure and you should undergo a checkup as soon as possible.

If you have a family history of heart disease you should undergo a thorough cardiac checkup as deranged renal function also affect other organs like heart and liver.

Also get a USG abdomen done to investigate the cause of your abdominal pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nazma.amman, General & Family Physician
