I always get really sick when playing basketball. I play soccer too, but during soccer I never get sick. My stomache hurts really bad and I can barely move because it is cramping up so bad. Sometimes it makes me feel I like burping. I went to the doctors along time ago for it and they said it was due to dehydration but it has still been happening for the 3+ years since then and I make sure to drink a lot of water on game days- so I know it isn t dehydration. I m not even physically drained when I get sick, it happens randomly when I get really hot. If anyone could tell me what it is or how I make myself feel better that would be great.
