General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Any hydrocodon pill is known to produce gastric upset via stomach acid release and gastritis production via alteration at parietal cells and prostaglandin secretion of stomach.

However, a simultaneous intake of proton pump inhibitor and antacid suspension with sucralfate or else, would be best supportive to tackle the issue sound way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
