What Causes Stomach Ache After Taking M366 Hydrocodone Pills?
My doctor prescribed me hydrocodone pain pills. They are oblong shaped and have this code imprinted on on them M366? This pill is causing stomach pain even when I take it with food. I ve had other type of hydrocodone pills that do not cause stomach pains. I m trying to find out what this type of hydrocodone pill is? Can you help me
Any hydrocodon pill is known to produce gastric upset via stomach acid release and gastritis production via alteration at parietal cells and prostaglandin secretion of stomach.
However, a simultaneous intake of proton pump inhibitor and antacid suspension with sucralfate or else, would be best supportive to tackle the issue sound way.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
