What Causes Stinging Sensation In The Clitoris During Urination?

I had pain in the clitoris area for two days . Everytime I went pee I felt like severe stinging. I have history of uti but this was totally different. I have had lower back back also. Can you tell me if the pain I feel in the clitoris area can be due to passing kidney stones? I have cipro 500mg from prior uti and I m wondering if my taking that would help if it s a kidney stone passing!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern

Your symptoms could be due to recurrent UTI or stone in the urethra.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine tests and USG scan to rule out the cause.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet septran DS
Tablet nitrofurantoin and pyridium
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Empty the bladder completely and do not delay in the empty the bladder.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash.
Hope this may help you
