Hi there.

You need to get some relaxation time. Do Yoga. Do Do breathing exercises. Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily. Avoid caffeine, colas, smoking and alcohol. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to tackle vitamin and mineral deficiencies such can cause the symptoms. Consult your Dermatologist to look for infection or Eczema of your scrotum. Keep the area dry and free of sweat.
