What Causes Stinging Sensation At Penis Opening In A Person With Herpes?

36. Male. Tested positive for general herpes 1 year ago with no symptoms prior and no symptoms after findings. Two days ago on one occasion while peeing there was a stinging sensation during, and noticed blood drops in underwear and slightly on penis tip. Noticed more spots on underwear throughout that same day. After one day no more blood and stinging pain only the one time. Urinary infection that has passed? Or do I need to go in? Thought of doing a full std blood work before anything ....

herpes is not cured it is only suppressed and remain suppressed in nerve. it manifest when immunity is low or there is a out break. take antiviral antibiotics treatment like acyclovir zovirax and valtrex
