What Causes Stinging Sensation At End Of Urethra After Urination?

I m having trouble lately when I urinate. There is a stinging sensation at the end of the urethra when I begin to urinate but after the beginning of the urination process i can urinate fine. I also have a itchy sensation that feels like it s within the penis. What could this be?

To determine the cause, you need to consider visiting your doctor for assessment of the urine. A sample may also need to be sent to the lab.

Antibiotics are needed for effective treatment if an infection is identified.
