What Causes Sting And Bleeding In Clitoris?

The past few days I noticed that my clitoris would sting when I urinated. It was worse yesterday, and I noticed this morning when I wiped for urine, it was bloody. I have not had sexual relations nor do I recall anything that would have irritated it. What can this mean?

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.

Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Vaginal Infection
2. Hormonal imbalance
3. Atrophic vaginitis/cervicitis
4. Endometriosis
5. PCOS
6. Injury to genital tract
7. UTI-Urethritis.

Do following advice:
1. Maintain hygiene aftre sex and urination
2. Wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 times per day
3. Wait for 3- 4 days, It may be irregular menstrual bleeding due to excessive stress, hormonal imbalance, excessive tea/coffee, peri menopausal symptoms
4. Probiotic tablet orally/vaginally
4. Take yougort and balanced healthy diet
5. Boric acid suppository
6. Tablet meftal spas orally for pain 2-3 times a day if pain
7. Tablet cetrizine 4 mg once daily if itching
8. Apply Apple cider vinegar: it has excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties
9. Wear loose pure cotton inner wear
10.Keep the vagina clean (Not wet)
11. Avoid sex and avoid douching till you get better

If not resolves:
You can consult the gynecologist:
Do the following tests:
1. Pelvic examination
2. Culture and PCR for vaginal infection
3.. USG and enometrium biopsy if needed.
