Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and think that you are having cervical spondylitis. In this condition there is neck muscle spasm and nerve compression leading to pain in whole hand. I would recommend you to get MRI of the cervical spine.
1. Intermittent cervical traction exercises.
2. Neck muscle strengthening exercises.
3. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine daily.
4. Avoid any jerky activity or keeping your neck in same position for long time or using very high pillow.
I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
thanks.
