What Causes Stiffness Of Neck And Numbness In Limbs
elp im feeling weakness and numbness in both my arms, a spot in my back near my spine hurts and i cant twist my back to the right. my left neck feels stiff sitting makes it worse unless my round my spine also i just started adipex for weight loss...i had back pain before adipex but it wast all over like this, is this causing it?
I have studied your case and think that you are having cervical spondylitis. In this condition there is neck muscle spasm and nerve compression leading to pain in whole hand. I would recommend you to get MRI of the cervical spine. 1. Intermittent cervical traction exercises. 2. Neck muscle strengthening exercises. 3. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine daily. 4. Avoid any jerky activity or keeping your neck in same position for long time or using very high pillow. I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions. thanks.
