What Causes Stiffness In The Muscle Along With Fatigue And Depression?

OK, I hurt pretty much all over; muscle stiffness; am fatigued and depressed and have trouble concentrating. Been seeing ads for meds for fibromyalgia but I only have 5 of the 10 most common symptoms (5 yeses, 3 nos and 2 sortas). Looking for some direction.
