What Causes Stiffness In The Lower Back On The Left Side?
I have had a stiffness in my lower back left hip area for the past few weeks. I assumed I had overworked a muscle exercising. The pain woke me up tonight. The pain feels like my entire left leg.......bone pain. The pain radiates from my left hip closer to buttocks area down my leg to my ankle. Stretching hasn t worked, pain has gotten worse. I am trying heat now. I am trying to decide if the ER might be needed.
Hi Thanks for posting your query on HCM I have read and understood your concern Your description of symptoms points to a hip or lower back osteoarthritis.I will advise you try the following: -Take a pain drug like aceclofenac -A myorelaxant like miorel -Application of heat/massage may also help -Rest If pain persist, you see the Doctor for evaluation and if need be, other treatment option like physiotherpay may be tried Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns Best regards
