What Causes Stiffness In The Knees And Lower Legs?
I am 78 1/2, play tennis (doubles) 3x a week. I notice in recent years my knees and lower legs are not painful, but stiff. My podiatrist has tested my blood circulation and finds nothing out of the ordinary. There is no lack of mobility and I can maneuver as well as most, except a little slower these days. Not sure what to do about it. I walk a lot, but am conscious of the fact that my lower legs and knees sometimes feel like they are being stretched like a rubberband. Any suggestions
