What Causes Stiffness In The Hips After Sitting For A Prolonged Period?

After sitting for awhile, my hips are so stiff and achy when I stand up. After I wait for a short time then I am able to walk and most of the pain goes away. I took ibuprofen twice a day for several weeks and it helped a little. I go to a strong women s exercise class 2 times a week. There seems to be sore spots all along the lateral sides of my thighs from hips to knees.

In such symptoms it is always advised to discuss with your doctor about possible vitamin d defficiency if there is some indication you can always start supplementation of vitamin D.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.
