What Causes Stiffness In The Fingers During Mornings?
My hands are very stiff, especially in the morning. Sometimes I can t straighten my fingers until I run hot water on them and massage them. Is there something I can do at home to alleviate the pain? Should I see a doctor? If so, what specialty? My feet are also numb in the morning.
