No fever, headache, eye pain. No change in pillows or mattress. Primarily pain when I attempt to look left or right. Minimal pain when head moved downward. No pain when head moved back

thanks for asking your question
I completely understand your issue
it seems like you have spasm in neck muscles . you need to take some muscle relaxants and pain killer like etoricoxib after consulting your physician.
for cough and sinusitis u need to take some antibiotics like cefexime and some antihistaminics like monteleukast and fexofenadine after consulting a pulmonologist .
he can give you the prescription for the above mentioned medicines
thanks / regards
