General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of slowness stiffness even with fine motor activities with associated loss of memory I strongly believe that this are complications following post recovery from epilepsy
Epilepsy is a repeated seizures due to abnormal electric impulse generated in the brain
I don't think this complications are attributed to the encorate tablet
In view of this please see a neuropsychiatric specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps Regards
I find this answer helpful
