What Causes Stiffness And Tight Sensation In The Upper Back?
Hello, For the past several weeks, I ve had stiffness/tightness that begins in the upper center of my back and sort of spreads throughout my neck and shoulder areas. I wouldn t describe it as painful per se. It almost feels as though someone gave me a massage but did so too roughly. The stiffness/tightness is at it s worst when I m walking. What could be causing this?

The cause of the pain cannot be diagnosed without further examination. However, from what I hear, it seems to be just a muscle spasm, due to faulty sleeping position or faulty exercise, anything.
