Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your ESR is elevated indicating an inflammatory process in body.Puss cells in urine slightly elevated which can be due to mild urinary infection. As you have gone for Culture and sensitivity ,antibiotics can be taken if positive for pathogenic bacteria.Knee should be assesed for meniscal injuries or ligament tear which wont be visible in a x ray.If you have a multiple joint pain a systemic arthritis should be ruled out.Uric acid level in blood should be checked also.In case if increased drugs like allopurinol and diet will helps.RA factor and ANA profile should be done in case of systemic signs to rule out conditions like rheumatoid arthritis.Anti inflammatory drugs like diclofenac for short duration and elastic bandaging will be helpful.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
