What Causes Stiffness And Numbness In The Lower Legs?

J am having heavy and stiff upper and lower both legs with numbness lower legs and feet. walking is slow and painful. also pain in both upper arms - worse in the morning. I have started Vimova twice daily, hot showers and epsom salt baths, stretching and trying to keep moving as much as I can. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Should I make an appt with my dr?

I really appreciate your concern, it is the musculoskeletal condition and it could be arthritis changes, muscular spasm and it can be given try with NSAID (Non steroid anti-inflammatory Drugs) steroid can be tried but one should be qualified for that, Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day can be tried and if it fails to work then you can see the Doctor hope this information helps.
