What Causes Stiffness And Numbness In The Calf Muscles?

While stretching my left calf I heard a pop, at first I thought it was my Achilles, but I can walk and the stiffness and numbness are in the upper part of the calf muscle. I m icing it. The main problem seems to be I can t fully extend my stride from my left foot.

The symptoms you have described sounds like a muscle pull. just put some volini gel at local area and avoid too much strain in the muscles
