Swelling in the hands and feet may be indicative of developing coronary artery disease, deep vein thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, blood clots, liver dysfunction, etc. Other medical condition that may cause similar problems are chronic venous insufficiency, ulcer or wounds, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, excess salt intake, raised blood glucose level, etc. Stiff neck can be caused by wrong posture while sitting, standing or sleeping. By working for a long time on PC or laptop. Lack of exercises. Medical condition causing neck stiffness are OA, RA, cervical spondylosis, cervical degenerative disc, frozen shoulder, etc. You can take Aleve or Combiflam, one SOS when needed but you should get it clinically examined by an orthopedist, get required blood works, urinalysis, imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you symptoms.
