Hello,

* There can be possible diabetes mellitus with neurologic involvement of peripheral nerves.
* Primary care with plenty of liquids, urinary antibiotics to avoid secondary infection and immediate care for diagnosis requires
- the average blood sugar of last 3 months
- HBA1c for serving various reasons
- avoid sexual intercourse
- analgesic medications if burning is bothersome
- urinary alkaliser and multivitamins help to a certain extent
- avoid smoking and alcohol if consuming.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
