What Causes Sticky Stool In Infants Despite Giving Rinifol And Neopeptine?
My 2 month 3 days baby cries before, during n after passing stool fm yesterday n Dr prescribed carmil n rinifol dry syrup 5 Drop 3 times in day. C has given carmil n neipeptin for gas problem last week. Today morning c passed yellow sticky stool very easily. Again started crying in afternoon. Please advise

The yellow sticky stools with crying indicate possible intestine flora upset with some sort of viral infection as rota or others. Best supportive care with Lacto bacillus (Rinifol) and neopeptine hsa been given by pediatrician. Just maintain hydration with enough breast feed, take care that baby does not put hands or toys inside the mouth for particular period of time till complete recovery.
