It appears to some kind of inflammation like dermatitis of scrotal and surrounding skin. Hot humid environment and thin, elastic skin of this region make it more prone to such type of condition. The chief complains are itching, redness, scaling along with serous discharge etc. Moreover, tight clothing and wearing under wear, which may induce contact dermatitis. Coming to treatment, If a such patient walks into my clinic I advise him to wear loose clothes, prescribe antihistamine and local steroid ointment. Most of the case gets better in few days.
