What Causes Sticky, Dark Colored Stools?

Hi, I am 27, female. Recently I am having sticky, dark colored stools but they aren't as smelly as "normal". It is not watery and only occures once every 2-3 days. I have been suffering from this for about 1 week. What caused this to happen? Can high intake of Nori seaweed in diet causes this to happen? Please kindly advise. Thank you

hello

thank you for trusting HCM

Dear sticky stools may be caused by food intolerance or lactose intolerance or allergy to new food or inflammatory bowel with upper GI bleed. upper GI bleed gives darkness to stool so . just sea weed and check,if it is not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
