General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

Considering the fact that presence of sinus infection has been cleared by examination & you had a past history of migraines, the symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. Trigeminal neuralgia
2. Migraine
3. Tension headache
4. Cluster headache

Paracetamol (500 mg to be taken thrice a day) can be used for symptomatic relief. However, the underlying cause needs to be treated.

So, kindly consult your General Physician/ Neurologist & start treatment.
In case of no relief from symptoms, certain investigation like MRI brain will be helpful.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
