What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Lower Pelvic Area?

I have severe stabbing pain in lower pelvic area which is worse when I have to either void or bowel movement and also when I have gas. it also hurts when I walk at times I also have some bright red blood with bms but assume that is from hemmorhoids.

Even hemorrhoids are something which is not to be ignored. It could be muscle pain or nerve pain but a proper examination is needed to rule out anything.
