What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Abdomen?
I have what feels like at UTI but only at the end of urination. I have a stabbing pain in my right side in the front and in the back...top of pelvis/lower abdomen. Peridium helped the urination problem, but the pain is getting worse (and I am already on a narco for back pain).

I really appreciate your concern, dysuria may be due to the infection that could be due to stone condition it could be infection, too.
Drink more water, if this is not the stone condition then better to get done the urine culture sensitivity test, although in male it is very less likely, underlying cause of UTI would be matter of concern.
