Hi welcome to HCM
Bronchial asthma can lead chest pain due to intense paroxysmal bronchoconstriction episodes.Inhaled drugs can lead to reduced blood pressure in certain individuals. This can be counteracted through drugs like fludrocortisone and midodrine.Avoid dusty environments.Have a baseline ecg and a screening 2 dimensional echo to rule out cardiac pathology.Consult your cardiologist for further queries,
Thank you
